About the Role:

As a Grants Specialist supporting our Federal government client, you will contribute to the success of funded awards under the Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) and provide communication support in promoting semiconductor R&D efforts.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Support the management of the funded Broad Agency Announcement programs by tracking and updating project deliverables, milestones, and schedules.
  • Assist in ensuring that awardees are meeting performance metrics and program objectives.
  • Provide data and documentation to support performance assessments of awarded grants and contracts.
  • Help validate that goals are on target through regular updates and compliance checks.
  • Monitor and maintain project timelines and schedules while ensuring key deadlines are met.
  • Provide regular updates to program managers and stakeholders on project status.
  • Assist in administrative tasks associated with BAAs, including maintaining documentation and providing logistical support to solicitation and award processes.
  • Assist in documenting scopes, tracking milestones, and analyzing progress in new projects.
  • Provide support in preparing presentations, correspondence, and outreach materials for public and private stakeholders.
  • Organize and assist with events, including industry engagements, BAA Days, and other outreach activities to promote collaboration and awareness of program goals.
  • Collaborate with awardees, technical experts, government officials, and industry partners by conveying updates and collecting feedback on active and emerging programs.
  • Assist program managers in identifying areas for improvement in workflows and tracking efforts, contributing to recommendations that enhance overall efficiency.
  • Maintain organized files, calendars, and documents to support operational needs, ensuring quick retrieval and reducing redundancy in program records.

Location:
You will work as part of a dynamic team remotely in metro-accessible Washington, DC; Reston, VA; Arlington, VA or Boulder, CO. You will work at the client site dependent on contract requirements.  
Required Experience/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree and six years of work experience in programmatic/project management support or federal/public grants/ BAA programs.
  • Experience in tracking deliverables, maintaining schedules, and managing timelines for complex projects.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of project management tools/software.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow through on assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • US citizenship  and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
Preferred Experience/Skills:
  • Familiarity with federal R&D portfolios, particularly CHIPS initiatives and semiconductor-related programs.
  • Experience supporting Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) or similar federal solicitations.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor R&D, advanced technologies, or innovation ecosystems.
  • Experience coordinating outreach campaigns or organizing engagement events for public programs.
  • Background in documentation and knowledge management for large operational or federally funded initiatives.

Salary:
Approximate Salary Estimate: $75,000 – $95,000 annually
