We are currently seeking a Senior Sourcer with 6+ years of experience to partner with our in-house recruiting team. The right partner will bring deep federal contracting sourcing expertise and help us find and engage the people who will Deliver, Grow, and Thrive with us.

About the Role:

As a Senior Sourcer, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent for active openings, difficult-to-fill positions, future hiring needs, and proposals as needed. You will partner with our recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and build qualified pipelines.

This is a 1099 contract role, and hours may vary based on hiring needs and peak hiring periods. We anticipate approximately 20–30 hours per week for the next 3–6 months, with the opportunity for the engagement to continue based on business needs.
 

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current openings, future hiring needs, and anticipated contract awards.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, Boolean and X-ray searches, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach.
  • Conduct phone screens with candidates to assess their qualifications and alignment with position requirements.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, refine searches, and provide feedback on the candidate market.
  • Support proposal and contingent recruiting as needed, including sourcing candidates who meet labor category and solicitation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information, pipelines, and activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build qualified pipelines across our core capability areas, including strategic communications, broadband and telecommunications, grants management, data engineering and analytics, project and program management, and emergency management.
  • Use recruiting technology, including AI-enabled sourcing tools, to improve sourcing efficiency.

Location:

You will work as part of a dynamic team remotely.

Required Experience/Skills: 

  • 5+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience, with strong experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in federal government contracting.
  • Experience sourcing and engaging cleared candidates
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean and X-ray searches, job boards, resume databases, and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience managing candidate pipelines and recruiting activity in an ATS.
  • Ability to understand position requirements and independently build searches and identify qualified candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches, shift priorities, and quickly increase sourcing support when hiring needs increase.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Experience using JazzHR.
  • Experience supporting proposal and contingent recruiting.
  • Experience using AI-enabled recruiting and sourcing tools

Compensation:

Approximate Hourly Rate Estimate: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
