Program Analyst (Secret Clearance)

About the Role:
As a Program Analyst supporting our Federal government client, you will leverage strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills to support program operations and documentation. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, able to manage tasks independently, and committed to producing high-quality work products that meet program standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Apply strong customer service practices and analytical skills to understand stakeholder needs, assess requirements, and translate insights into clear, accurate, and value-added deliverables.
Demonstrate exceptional writing abilities and work collaboratively with the team to meet project timelines.
Prepare and review letters, memoranda, and other correspondence for technical accuracy and completeness.
Establish and maintain positive communication channels, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of all documentation and correspondence, ensuring compliance with established standards.
Develop and maintain reports to track evaluations and ensure timely completion of all processes.
Capture key discussion points and action items during meetings to ensure clarity and accountability in follow-up.
Inform stakeholders about program benefits through fact sheets, briefings, and in-person presentations.
Leverage MS Office and relevant software tools to efficiently execute tasks and enhance workflow processes.
Organize and schedule meetings and conference calls with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Location:
This hybrid team is based in Washington, D.C., with the expectation to report to the client site once a month.
Required Experience/Skills:
BA/BS + 5 years of relevant experience or Master’s + 3 years of relevant experience
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrate strong self-motivation, sound judgment, and the ability to manage and track deliverables with minimal oversight.
Commitment to high-quality deliverables and client service, with a proactive approach to refining work products, anticipating needs, and going above and beyond to ensure the final output meets or exceeds expectations.
Strong written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to draft, review, and edit professional correspondence such as memoranda, letters, reports, and briefing materials for accuracy and clarity.
Experience conducting quality assurance or document review, ensuring materials meet established standards, compliance requirements, and technical accuracy.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, including experience scheduling meetings, capturing action items, and supporting project timelines while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Must have at minimum, a current interim Secret, and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance
US citizenship
Preferred Experience/Skills:
Prior DHS contractor fitness (suitability) authorization determination
Prior DHS experience
Occasional availability for travel

Salary:
Approximate Salary Estimate: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually
